Fig. 2A. —64-year-old woman on day 7 after total gastrectomy. Axial CT scans obtained at level of urinary bladder before (A) and 1 hr 30 min after (B) oral administration of Gastrografin (methylglucamine diatrizoate; Schering, Berlin, Germany) reveal differences in attenuation in dependent portion of urinary bladder. Maximal attenuation difference is 46 H in 0.6 cm² region of interest (labeled 1, A and B).
