Mangafodipir trisodium—enhanced T1-weighted fat-suppressed gradient-recalled echo MR image reveals hypointense mass (arrow) in pancreatic head. Ductal dilatation and atrophy of pancreatic body and tail are visible. Enhancement of atrophic parenchyma is minimal.
