prospectively detected on helical CT as hepatocellular carcinoma.
Contrast-enhanced helical CT image obtained through liver during hepatic
arterial phase shows homogeneously enhancing lesion (arrowhead)
originally reported as suspicious for hepatocellular carcinoma. At this time,
lesion enhancement is closest to aortic blood pool.
