On unenhanced in-phase spoiled gradient-echo MR image, 3.1 x 2.2 cm mass is noted in segment VII of liver without peritumoral signal-intensity change. Liver shows diffusely increased signal intensity on in-phase spoiled gradient-echo MR image because of fatty infiltration.
