Fig. 2C. —37-year-old woman with liver metastasis from ileal carcinoid. On early contrast-enhanced spoiled gradient-echo MR image without fat suppression, metastatic tumor is well enhanced because of primary hypervascular ileal carcinoid tumor. Polygonal fat sparing is not differentiated from surrounding fatty liver parenchyma.
