left kidney. Axial contrast-enhanced CT scan shows 3-cm complex cystic mass in
left kidney. Wall of lesion (straight arrow) is slightly thickened,
and few hairline-thin septations (curved arrow) are present.
Follow-up examinations (not shown) performed up to 6 years 6 months later
showed no change in appearance of this lesion.
