Fig. 7A. 65-year-old man with complex category IIF cystic mass in
right kidney. Axial contrast-enhanced CT scan shows 3-cm complex cystic mass
in right kidney that has moderately thickened septation (arrow).
Although this lesion was originally classified as category IIF, irregular
thickening of septum (arrow) is visible posteriorly; this finding
suggests that category III might have been more appropriate category for this
lesion than category IIF.
