Contrast-enhanced CT scan obtained before therapy on early phase shows main tumor (thick arrows) of 43 x 37 mm in diameter in segment II and multiple nodules (thin arrows) in both lobes, suggesting intrahepatic metastasis from hepatocellular carcinoma.
