Sagittal spin-echo T1-weighted (TR/TE, 400/10) (A), sagittal spin-echo gadolinium-enhanced fat-saturated T1-weighted (525/9.3, obtained 5 min after injection) (B), and sagittal spin-echo T2-weighted (2,500/80) (C) images show 1.3 x 0.7 x 1.2 cm lesion in capitate bone. Lesion has low signal on T1-weighted image (A), enhances with contrast administration (B), and has high signal on T2-weighted image (C).
