In the article "Rational Diagnosis of Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and Neck Region: Comparative Evaluation of CT, MRI, and 18FDG PET," (AJR 2005;184:1326-1331), the author names and affiliations should have appeared as follows: Florian Dammann, Department of Diagnostic Radiology, University Hospital Tübingen, Hoppe-Seyler-Straße 3, D-72076, Tübingen, Germany (address correspondence to F. In addition, on page 1328, line 4 under "Lymph Node Staging," should read "In 50 of the 64 patients...." Under "Secondary tumors" on page 1330, lines 4-6 should read "...a simultaneous malignancy was histologically confirmed in five (7.8%) of the 64 patients...."

We regret these errors.
