three patients. Transverse arterial phase dynamic 3D spoiled gradient-echo MR
image (4.5/1.9; flip angle, 12°) shows hepatic metastases (arrow)
from colon cancer accompanied by nonsegmental type wedge-shaped peritumoral
enhancement (arrowheads) encompassing right hepatic vein. Extent and
direction of wedge-shaped enhancement is not corresponded with hepatic segment
with gross appearance of metastatic lesions.
