before biopsy with patient prone shows 1.6-cm exophytic mass (arrow)
that enhanced on prior CT (not shown) and that has no visible fat attenuation.
Biopsy of this mass and immunohistochemical analysis showed angiomyolipoma.
Cyst (asterisk) was also noted.
