Fig. 4B —Incidental pheochromocytoma in 75-year-old woman. Coronal
single-shot fast spin-echo (A) and axial contrast-enhanced
fat-saturated spoiled gradient-echo (B) images from renal MR
angiography reveal heterogeneous enhancing right adrenal mass. In-phase and
out-of-phase images were not consistent with adrenal adenoma. Pheochromocytoma
was found at surgery.
