Fig. 1A 62-year-old woman who underwent esophagogastrectomy and gastric pull-through. Follow-up studies showed intraluminal migration of surgical drain through esophagogastric anastomosis into proximal intrathoracic stomach and subsequent development of anastomotic stricture.
