Image shows left frontoparietal craniotomy exposing partially cystic, partially solid neoplastic mass that involves underlying left frontoparietal lobe and extends deeply to involve body of corpus callosum. Vasogenic edema is seen compressing left lateral ventricle and effacing ipsilateral cortical sulci and sylvian fissure.
