testicular mass (arrow, A; long arrow, B) with
markedly heterogeneous signal. Tumor is surrounded by low-signal-intensity
halo (long arrow, B), corresponding histologically to a
fibrous capsule. There is invasion of the tunica albuginea by the tumor
(short arrow, A).
