Cardiac Hydatid Disease: CT and MRI Findings
Am. J. Roentgenol. Dursun et al. 190: 226

MRI Cine Loops

Fig. S1C—52-year-old woman with hydatid cyst in left ventricular apex. Four-chamber cardiac MRI cine loop obtained with true fast imaging with steady-state precession shows hydatid cyst with hypointense ring-shaped thick wall in left ventricular apex.

Fig. S2G—12-year-old girl with complicated pericarditis due to right ventricular and pericardial hydatid cysts. MRI cine loop obtained with true fast imaging with steady-state precession shows multiple curvilinear areas of low signal intensity within pericardial effusion and pericardial thickening attributable to pericarditis due to rupture of multiloculated cyst in pericardium.

Fig. S8D—51-year-old woman with esophageal carcinoma and incidentally detected left ventricular hydatid cyst. MRI cine loop obtained with true fast imaging with steady-state precession shows hypointense ring-shaped thick-walled hydatid cyst in inferior wall of left ventricle and esophageal carcinoma.

Fig. S9D—45-year-old man with left ventricular hydatid cyst. MRI cine loop obtained with true fast imaging with steady-state precession shows hyperintense cyst that includes multiple daughter cysts.
