Sagittal (A) and coronal (B) fast spin-echo T2-weighted images
show huge endometrial tumor that enlarges endometrial cavity. In
anteroinferior part of uterus body, junctional zone (arrow) is
thinned and not clearly visible. Myometrium is thinned to less than 50% of its
thickness. Multiple uterine fibroids are present.
