Author Corrections

Hannes Gruber

In the article titled "Practical Experience with Sonographically Guided Phenol Instillation of Stump Neuroma: Predictors of Effects, Success, and Outcome," which appeared in the May 2008 issue of AJR (AJR 2008; 190:1263–1269), the legend for Figure 1 should have included a reference to an earlier use of this image, Figure 1C, in the article, "Sonographically Guided Phenol Injection in Painful Stump Neuroma," in the April 2004 issue of AJR (AJR 2004; 182:952–954). The patient's age was incorrect in the 2004 article but is correctly listed as 73 years old in the Figure 1 legend in the 2008 article.

Also, Gerd Bodner's name was inadvertently and incorrectly listed as the third author for our 2008 article. His name and affiliation should be removed from the list of authors.

We sincerely regret these errors.
