(C) zones. Note combination of smooth thickening of interlobular septa,
ground-glass opacification, and most pseudoalveolar opacities in perihilar
pattern. In this case, first radiologist made diagnosis of hemosiderosis and
second radiologist made diagnosis of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis.
